He was easy to work with and very transparent and honest on every aspect, even recommended different types of financial institutions to save you money on your mortgage. David was able to set up a viewing on the house that I wanted the same day the house was put on the market, I was able to see the house within a couple of hours and put in a solid offer within an hour of seeing the house. With his recommendations and negotiating he was able to include a home warranty and get it at the price that I wanted. Every document was signed electronically and he was able to explain in depth for the question that I had in regards to the contract. I would highly recommend anyone who is wanting a realtor who is available 24/7 to answer all your questions at any moment notice to use David! Thanks for all the help!
